Present Administrative Organization
This is a Public Religious Institution coming under the purview of Madras HR & CE Act XIX of 1951 and coming under the jurisdiction and control of the erstwhile Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Administration) Department, Kozhikode.

The trusteeship is vested in the senior most member of Manemangalathu Variam, The HR & CE Dept has framed a Scheme for the administration of the temple in 1987 and an Executive officer from Dept in the grade of an Assistant Commissioner was appointed to the temple.

The HR & CE dept under the Govt of Kerala has been replaced and the Malabar Devaswom Board came into existence on 2nd October 2008. Now this Special Grade Devaswom is coming under the Malabar Devaswom Board, Kozhikode.

The Trusteeship of the temple is vested in the senior most member of the Manemangalattu Variam. The Thantri Sthanam is vested in the famous Andaladi mana of Pattambi. The Executive Authority of this Institution is the Executive officer.
